Applicants need to get the following documents ready for the visa application. BEJIC won’t be able to assist you in processing your application if you are missing any of the listed documents below. If applicants hold a work Residence Permit with a Foreign Expert Certificate already, please check the list under heading 2.
1. FOR NEW APPLICANTS
(ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE IN HIGH RESOLUTION, PDF OR JPEG FORMAT ONLY)

Print out the last page of the contract, sign PARTY B scan than send them back (Signature should be the same as passport)

Education background: Fill in the starting time from your bachelor's degree (time accurate to the month)

☐ Teaching certificate (License/TEFL/TESOL/CELTA) *or Recommendation letters (2+years of full time teaching experience after graduation)

(Notarized by any public notary office, and it doesn’t need to be authenticated by the Chinese Embassy)
NOTE: Degree and background check need to be notarized by Notary Public Office and then be authenticated by the Chinese Embassy/Consulate. Teaching certificate needs to be notarized by the Notary Public Office.
* If applicants have more than 24-months of full time teaching experience then you don’t need to provide any teaching certificate. Instead, please provide recommendation letter(s) including working period, company or school name and address, position, official signature or company/school seal and phone number and email address. If the experience is in China, please also provide scanned residence permit of the same period or cancellation letter of foreign expert certificate.

ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS LISTED WILL BE REQUIRED WHEN PRESENTING TO THE FOREIGN EXPERT BUREAU IN ORDER TO GET THE FOREIGNER’S WORK PERMIT AND RESIDENCE PERMIT. PLEASE PROVIDE THE SCANNED COPY OF EACH DOCUMENT. PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING THEM ALL TO CHINA.
2. FOR APPLICANTS TRANSFERRING WORK VISA
(ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE IN HIGH RESOLUTION)

NOTE: It’s required to provide the ORIGINAL cancellation letter of the Foreign Expert Certificate for visa transfer. Applicants shall ask their current employer to cancel the FEC but keep the Residence Permit. Degree, background check and teaching certificate are not required to be notarized for visa transferring.
